  I had an excellent experiance with Pete and his team. I don't make a ton of money and my credit score was less than stellar. Pete took the time to make sure we got the perfect house and was just under our max budget. Anytime i called Pete he answered and was happy to answer all my questions and settle my many concerns. There is much more to buying a house than i could have imagined, but Pete made sure he was a few steps ahead of me. I would recomend Pete to anyone, especially those who are attempting their first purchase in real estate.

  Pete did an amazing job assisting me with refinancing my home. He was very thorough explaining my options and his knowledge of the market. Every step of the process I was informed from day one to closure and was able to do so from the comfort of my computer.   Pete is creative and intelligent in his search for the best product for his clients. He listens well and finds all the financing options available to the client. I was able to reduce my mortgage payment by $643 a month with Pete's expertise. Pete called me several times during escrow to make sure I was happy and well taken care of. I would definitely use Pete Metz again.

  I just bought my house and used Loan Simple to finance it. They were so wonderful to work with. Blair Hodgdon responded to all my questions any time of day. He was very kind and supportive and knowledgeable. Thank you Blair! Also, the way the program is set up with all the up to date emails notifying me what step just took place what step is next was so amazing.
