  Wonderful experience, I bought a used car from them. Eugene addressed all of my concerns and was supportive the whole way through. Also the price I paid for the car was simply unbeatable. Would totally recommend them if you're looking to pick up a used car cheaper than anywhere else on the market.

  Eugene was very helpful and explained everything that had happened to the truck and all the mitigation measures he did to repair it. Super happy with my truck. He made the paperwork easy as well. Would recommend! In fact I did recommend my brother-in-law!

  I have tried contacting them through car gurus and have not received a response. Also the car I was look at has been bought from a insurance company. The description also mentioned that it has a Branded title and all minor/damages have been repaired there. I tried looking up the car VIN and none of the online vin checks recognize the VIN. I wonder why....? Branded title...? Or something else....

  I was looking at car on car guru and this place had a car I was extremely interested in. When they messaged me about it, I stated I was hesitant because they are not an authorized dealer. I wanted to be honest and just get some clarification. Instead I was told there are people that are not hesitant and basically wasted their time. I was shocked how rude I was treated. I would have went and looked at the car the next day and potentially bought it. It was extremely unprofessional.

  process was easy pick out a car that I like sign the paperwork and was out.but a month in to owning the car I had a battery issue took it to shop was told he was going to replace it but never did. Luckily I did not have the issue no more was told that I can not leave my car on without having engine on . Then I had a fuel pump issue a month later now I thought i was covered with his gold plan but was told it does not cover electric parts my car is a hybrid wish that was told to me from the start then me truck latch was not working and was told he does not cover this in the gold plan as well . Best advice is just take a little more time to read and understand what you are signing it a lot of paper work but it will pay off in the end .I gave it two stars because I did not like the way business was handled I had a 20,000 loan and in three months had major issues with car and was told they could not help me . After I just made them 20000

  Honest dealership with excellent service!! My husband & I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic Si for our son, and because It had a branded title, we were a bit nervous. Eugene was our salesman and he was completely open and honest about the vehicle. I tracked the car back to the original dealership in TX, spoke to the owner and everything Eugene told us checked out. He never tried to hide anything about the car from us. We got an excellent car, at a great price from a great salesman. Eugene has a great business and if you’re looking for a car from an honest salesman, this is definitely the place!! We would buy another vehicle from Eugene and highly recommend VK Auto Imports!

  I found my vehicle online, requested more info and was contacted shortly regarding the vehicle. I decided to go in the next day to take a look. The condition of the vehicle was exactly as advertised. I feel like I was treated well and got a pretty decent deal. Eugene explains all about branded title. Helped me with finance and extended warranty !

  Eugene couldn’t have been any nicer or more knowledgeable on the car we bought from them 2 days ago. It is a family run business and would highly recommend them. They were very efficient with all paperwork unlike bigger auto dealers.

  We bought our car from Eugene at VK Auto Imports back in October and had an amazing experience. We tested out a few cars and fell in love with one in particular. We had some complications arise with the loan on our end (out of state loan at our bank) but he worked with us to make it happen so we didn't have to make a third 4 hour trip. Everything has been going great and we highly suggest looking at VK for your next car. I know we will whenever we need another car many years down the road.
