      Absolutely best Credit Union/Bank around to deal with. Christy goes above and beyond for not only me, but anyone I have sent in there! Have been banking with them for almost 5 years now with countless loans and will continue to as long as Christy is there!

      Don't let the low rates fool you, these guys are sharks! If you bank with Vital Federal Credit Union, be prepared for 3-5 business day holds on ANY deposit that isn't cash or doesn't resemble a regular payroll check. I"m talking money orders, certified checks, small local checks, etc. I banked with Suntrust for ten years and never had a deposit held longer than overnight. I deposited a check with Vital to cover rent back in November. These hammerheads held the bloody check for a full week and returned my rent check well after I made the deposit. I incurred $110 in fees from Vital and my landlord. And forget about a courtesy refund if you accidentally overdraft your account. That's not how Vital rolls. No courtesy refunds PERIOD.
