  I honestly can't say enough good things about working with Mike Deshotels. My loan had been pre-approved by two different lending companies and then declined close to closing both times. I had used Mike on a past house but because I had moved out of the area it didn't dawn on me to call him up until my mother said something to me. And sure enough... best call I ever made. He got my loan through in NO time and I'm even closing two days early now! I will NEVER try another lender without going to Mike first. Mike, you are amazing and I literally couldn't have done this without you. Thank you!!!
