  Don’t ever use this bank or any visions bank for that matter. They’ll take money out of your account and not give it back. I’ve had to change my card three times due to fraud and change my actual bank account number. I will definitely be closing every single bank account I have with them.

  Never had a problem with visions until recently my online banking app was compromised on April 5th and I immediately called to let them know those weren’t my transactions.. fast forward it’s now May 4th and still nothing has been done about it so I’m out 500$ Between my girlfriend and I we talked to over 25+ different people to try and resolve the problem and not one person could help or have answers for us instead they just kept transferring us to the next person and still nothing

  I have had a Visions account since I was a child. As an adult , I use Visions for personal and business transactions. I frequent the Elmira and Horseheads locations weekly. The staff at both branches are AMAZING! So kind, polite, and knowledgeable. The staff at my Visions locations truly make my day every time I go in and I can’t say enough good things about them. Always smiling, always helpful. Thank you for being such a reliable banking institution.

  This credit union is terrible and doesn’t care at all for it customers that it calls “ members “or their loyalty . I would recommend never using them and I will be closing my account tomorrow. Find a bank that actually cares and appreciates their members if you can ( I know that’s a hard ask ) .

  There no ZERO assistance after noon on saturday... so if you call for help after noon saturday... you will be waiting until monday.... so if you cant access YOUR money, you will be waiting until Monday... I hope you dont have children if you bank here!!! I've been there 20yrs... 20 wasted years for a company that does not understand that their customers cant go 3 days without accessing their money!!! Good luck, I'm done with this place!

  Lived out of state for 5 years now went to close my account when I got back in town and they tell me I have ZERO money in the account and I ask how and I'm told this fee and that fee. Never did I receive anything about fees in my statements. Worse bank in the world. Never in my life have I had such issues with a bank.

  Treated horribly trying to set up a 9th savings account for my grand daughter. Manager couldn't take the time to see me. Hopefully they're normal manager is just on vacation she was nothing but pure class.
