  Tellers refused service (breaking down 2-3 20s into smaller bills) for school fundraiser because I was not a customer. Rude, unfriendly, unwilling to seek exception for emergency situation. They don't deserve your business or mine.

  This location has absolutely amazing and helpful staff. BUT Vision bank has been absolutely HORRIBLE trying to get new debit card sent to me and it’s not just this one time either. I’ve had to get a new card 3 times in the last 2 years due to card wear or whatever else. Whenever they send you a card it takes weeks or over a MONTH to be sent to you or their location. I am done banking there. This was the last straw when it got lost in the mail and now I have to do the whole process over again. I’ve already been without a card for 5 weeks. Like I said before, amazing staff but they definitely need to work on getting cards faster. There is absolutely no excuse. I went to a new bank today and walked out with a card they made in house.

  Just wanted to say thanks to the Vision Banking team for being a true partner to me and my businesses. The teller team is always friendly and many even know my name! Tanner and Jenny are always on top of my business banking needs and questions. I truly appreciate your entire teams dedication to customer service!

  I have found Vision Bank to be outstanding! I've been with one of the "big" banks for years, and Vision really gets what local banking is about. I've worked with Pam Nesbitt, and Nate Buss, both whom have been friendly, knowledgeable, and get things done. I would highly recommend them! The service is great, the staff is friendly, and I'm looking forward to doing more business with Vision- they are a great partner and help me be more successful! 8-1-2020 edit - I had forgotten I did a review for Vision Bank three years ago… And once again the same people have helped me grow my business recently. Even through COVID-19. The same is true about Vision Bank today as it was three years ago. 👍🏼💯 “ They’ve done a great job for me! Nathan Buss has helped me grow my business and Pam Nesbitt is awesome on the mortgage side. They work hard to earn your business 👍🏼💯, even responding when they’re out of the office or on vacation. I value the support and help they’ve provided, and would recommend Vision Bank team to anyone!”
