  They do everything to get your loan apporve with higher interest rate, but they dont disclose the fees before, i was shocked when they said loan fees is 4000$, like double then other company and no explanation that why is this, i think they should hire good staff, bcoz the girl at the front desk will mind her own bussiness and will not take any interest at all, my friend called and said to her that he will be there tmrw to sign docs, he drive all the way 60 miles to their office and then girl said oh ur docs are not ready, they will give you a complimant water bottle, i guess they provide that bcoz customer needs water they will faint after their higher hidden fees, they just take advantage of people who dont get loan apporve from the bank

  Apologies if we are wrong - We are confused that you did not interact with us nor got the loan from us but yet posting the review for one of your friend about our service. We apologize if we did not meet your friend's expectation but we try our best to provide commercial loans to the fresh, new credit with absolutely no personal nor commercial credit history. We are well known to help those clients day in and out. Not sure if you or your friend has any experience related with commercial equipment industry, which we doubt but ask anyone who has the experience that the 7 to 10 percent rate is a very normal commercial rate. This industry market rate hovers around 14% as per data collected by public firms. Since we cannot talk about the financials here but the bank fees that you stated is exaggerated. No matter where you get the loans, bank fees are always there. Our clients are free to review the docs before signing. All type of fees are clearly listed on the first page of the loan documents and it is not us controlling those fees. If our client likes the loan, then they sign, if they don't like it then it's their choice. We highly encourage our clients to make the appointments instead of walk-ins. Due to heavy work flow, sometime clients have to wait for their turn. We wish to see clients right away but sometime that is just not humanly possible. We always suggest to make appointments in future whether with us or anywhere else. We are always there to listen to our clients.
