  Don’t get a loan through this company! I thought I was gonna get ahead of my payment by putting 100 towards my loan early and they took it off the principle instead of off my monthly payment! I have never had a loan company discourage early payment all because I was on automatic transfer. So now I have paid 100 I will never see go towards my monthly payment still owe the full amount and paid 2 $50 fees per account I had to take myself off automatic transfer. Because I am a person who likes to pay my bills early I’m loosing $200 what kinda since does that make VACU? My next loan will not be through you.

  Nice staff, however, there is little to no assistance if you experience fraud on your account. Unlike larger banks, the credit union will not give you a credit until the situation is resolved. Also, my money was good enough to be in the credit union but I was denied credit after being a customer for over ten years.

  Would be a 5 star until I opened a commercial account.... Can’t get a credit line.....Couldn’t get a vehicle loan unless I bought brand new.... And now I’m jumping through hoops to get on the payroll protection plan with independent lenders because they have decided not to participate.... Not sure what the advantages are to banking with them as a small business. Personally have been with them for 18 years..

  One week my mobile banking stops working the next my card won't work at all with money on it. Waited days still not working.

  This is a great piggy bank - if you want more service than that- go elsewhere

  Worst bank ever, unorganized, rude, and clearly ran by men for men. Moved over to EVB's POWER banking, EVB is so much better.
