Virginia Credit Union Reviews

Lauren Ruiz4I'm not sure why someone stated that VACU doesn't support online banking. I have never had any trouble with them. I make payments online and even have automatic bill pay. I also have the app on my phone which makes things very convenient. I can easily check my balances, transfer funds and even deposit checks by taking a photo of them. I think the only downside to banking with them is that they are not located everywhere. I have always been very please with them.

ali Abdul-Adil1Completely heartless company that does not care about any of the people that make with them. They will steal your house and vehicles right out from under you and ignore their own programs and guidelines to help their financial gain! Avoid at all costs any other credit union would be better.

Mini Exotic1It’s always an issue, you put money in but mysteriously it’s an NSF fee claiming money has to be in by morning but items wasn’t coming in until 2 days away. The paid a check mind you money was in there and charge me 20.00 a week later. This is not a credit union more like a sneaky bank

Samuel Underwood1WORST BANK EVER!! If you ever lock yourself out they ask you questions like how long did you live at this address when you where two. I have several banks and this one by far is the worst customer service. I instantly changed my bank to other services.

Ivy And Camila’s Gacha5Not sure what these people's problems are, first its VACU, second I've been with them for over 10 years and have used online banking with them, third its not labeled as a branch, it clearly says ATM (and even if it did take that up with Google Maps, search VACU's locations on their website if you want accurate locations of their branches and ATMs)., fourth yeah if you get locked out it is a pain, but a simple phone call will get you back in quickly and I would rather them ask more questions than less so I know my account is secure.
