  My Loan officer, Samir, was very helpful, prompt informative. He assisted me with changing from an FHA to a conventional loan. I only wish he had been more proactive about locking in my rate sooner. It cost me some money I wasn't planning on having to pay. I got the loan and I am in my wonderful home.

His knowledge and engaging personality have been the highlight of my experience. He is outstanding!!!

  We built a new home with Ryan Homes and went with NVR Mortgage as our lender. There are a lot of great lenders in the peninsula area, but our experience with Adam at NVR was excellent. Adam was a great communicator, and the process was transparent. We did our homework and looked at multiple lenders, but NVR was able to offer the best combined rates and incentives. I’d highly recommend Adam and NVR to anyone looking for a lender in the Williamsburg / James City County area.
