  I used VIP like 3 years ago and they were great people then. So when I went in yesterday to see that Monica and Richard are still working there brought me joy. I love them and their spirit. They are always smiling and make you feel welcomed. Keep doing a great job!!!!

  Richard and Monica are the absolute best! They are always very professional and they always go above and beyond to get me the help I need. I have never had a bad experience at this location and I'm always satisfied. If you're in need of a loan I highly recommend you drop in and see Richard or Monica at the Garland location they are simply the BEST!

  Fast, professional, and super friendly. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The staff explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. We even got in a few laughs about the woes, or thrills, depending on what day it is, of parenting. Will definitely be back in the future and will refer anyone who asks.

  My mother use this location all the time, she is known by name, and they treat her like family. With my experience of going in with her, they were so nice to her and made sure she was accommodated and understood all of her duties and theirs. Thank you guys so much for helping us out!
