  The only thing that was great about the experience is our rate. It took over 3 months to get everything done for our refinancing. Little to no communication. I had to constantly email or call or text to try to understand what is happening with our mortgage. I would suggest you go somewhere else.

  I have been trying to refinance for 3 months. The Cloud team just keeps changing dates around and asks for updated bank statements every time they set new date. After they failed to close on last date, all communication stopped. Great service at first then they couldn't deliver. Very disappointed

  This was our second loan with VIP. I am disappointed that we were put on the back burner because we were a re-finance. It took three months to close our loan. I gave three stars instead of just one because our loan officer, Rebekah Wilhelm was on top of her game. Not a good way of doing business VIP. We are not coming back.
