  At the risk of gushing over Michael... From start to finish he guided us through unfamiliar waters with so much skill, great advice, endless support and finesse. Since our seller was moving fast with many unpredictable and moving parts, Michael had to move fast to make this a reality. We know it took a lot of time and effort to work with two rookies who had never bought a home before. He guided 2 straight up novices right to the finish line of being 2 proud homeowners of a home we had already become emotionally attached to and cherished for 7 years. We know it wasn’t easy for him and his incredible, crackerjack team (including the Prince fan!) behind the scenes, but Michael never conveyed that to us - he was always smooth, always calm, always kind and always made time for us! Not to mention, he landed us an incredible rate!! Honestly we will never forget Michael and how he was such an integral part of leveling up our lives. We will miss communicating with him day to day!   From start to finish, the whole transaction was wonderful. Michael was very responsive and answered all my questions. He went out of his way to make sure that I understood every step of the process. We were actually ahead of schedule on my loan and it made a big transaction seamless. If I would have known how easy it was to go through the process of getting pre-qualified and purchasing a home, I would have done it years ago. I would recommend Michael to anyone looking to purchase a home!

  Mike made getting a loan a smooth and simple process. He was great at explaining the various steps and paperwork along the way, and was extremely quick to respond to any question or concern I had. Mike also did a great job looking into various mortgage options for me and helping pick the best one for my situation. I can't give Mike a high enough recommendation!

  Mike is incredible. He looks out for the person first and foremost, he is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Mike always promptly responds to emails and makes himself available in accordance with your schedule. I would (and have!) recommend him to anyone!!!
