  I have had the pleasure of being a customer as well as a share holder of Vinings Bank since 2007. Investing in the bank was one of the best investment decisions I have ever made. The Board is made up of people with lots of banking experience and they all are deeply invested in the success of the bank. I feel that my money is well protected by well thought through business growth. When you walk into the lobby, you are greeted by the tellers who are there to serve. No one is standing behind a glass wall. They know people by their first names and know their families. They welcome you like you are part of the VB family. I could electronically deposit my commission checks, but I love going to the branch to see the ladies that have become my friends. They do business like banking all used to be done and the customer service is truly second to none. So, if you are looking for a bank that will treat you like a person and not a number, come give Vinings Bank a try. And if you live up in Alpharetta, give our new branch a try too!

  Very rude staff—a friend and I were approached by an older male employee driving a large white truck He used aggressive and disrespectful language after we simply used the ATM with no explanation as to why

  I had a great first experience interacting with three different people at the bank this afternoon. I am looking for a local bank to do business with and had a few very specific questions. The person who answered the phone was friendly and transferred me to Kelly to field my questions. She was able to answer all but one of my questions, was very professional and friendly throughout and then offered to connect me with Cindy, the Branch Manager for my last question. Cindy was a pleasure to speak with and had my last question answered quickly. One of the major reasons I'm looking for a small bank to do business with is service and my first impression of the bank and the three different people I spoke with are top notch. I'll be doing business with Vinings Bank very soon!

  Great Place To Bank! I've been banking here for years and couldn't be happier. Their customer service is second to none. I honestly couldn't imagine banking with anyone else.
