      I recently purchased a rifle here and i was helped by who i believe was the father and son Both were great the even grabbed me some ammo that wasnt available at most gun dealers, very cool oh, and when u went to pick up my rifle after beging cleared to purchase.. there was an older woman behind the counter and she was very nice to me in person and on the phone.. maybe its not her with the attitude ...??? Thanks guys
