  I wish I could give it 0 stars. I have banked here for over 20 years, it was called Telcom Credit Union when I opened my account. I deposited a check four days ago and they just released it today. I had bill payments come in yesterday and they charged me overdraft fees even though I had the money in my account. This used to be a great bank.

  Terrible customer service. I was considering switching banks until I asked about Vibe policies and was told it was "none of my business". Clarkston manager then hung up on me. Terrible experience. Left another rating and it disappeared..

  Everything went very well. Kristin Hill was immensely helpful in helping me get my loan. I did it all online and was very happy with a 1.99% interest rate on my car.

  I've been a member of Vibe since 1987 when it was Telcom Credit Union. I have had nothing but positive experiences at Vibe. I've checked other credit unions and they don't compare. Their fees are are always higher and there seems to be more of them. The people at Vibe are great. Tellers are friendly and the people who help me with my loans are great. I'm never going to move my banking away from Vibe Credit Union.

  The representatives at Vibe are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have never been more satisfied with a bank! I would definitely recommend Vibe Credit Union!

  Terrible experience with customer service on the phone recently had my account hacked switch everything back over to my other account and the lady helping was clearly just trying to get me off the phone i will be paying this loan off and staying away from them unbelievable I had to tell her how to do her job I do not like writing bad reviews either so thank you for making me take the time to do this

  I have been a member of Oakland County Credit Union since 2004. Ever since OCCU became Vibe, the credit union has gone way down hill. The member services individuals can no longer help the way they used to, it is quite sad for what used to be an amazing credit union. Even when tellers say they process transactions they don’t do it right. I am switching to Genysis as soon as I can.

  I have been EXTREMELY impressed with Vibe's level of personal service, willingness to "take a chance" on someone with less than stellar credit, and who followup with phone calls to make sure everything was taken care of as asked for. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
