  I joined Vibe to build a relationship and my credit. I’ve been a member now for about 2 years and all I can say is Vibe is wonderful!! They will help you in any journey that you are trying to get to from personal loans, auto loans or credit cards. They put you first and really treat you like they care !! The team at Vibe is AWESOME!! I’m grateful for this experience!!

And during trying times (the pandemic and construction at the Berkley branch), they have always gone above and beyond to serve their members. They care, and it shows. Thank you, Vibe.

  Poor customer service.Downhill since they switched from Oakland County Credit Union.To many inexperienced people working who give false information.I will be closing my account after almost 40 years.

  I've been a member of this credit union for almost two decades now. Every time I need assistance with loans or my accounts, I get help within minutes with proper follow up and friendly, always friendly approach. Best service!

  I use them for both personal and business, and have always had an amazing experience! They always offer better rates than banks, are helpful with any questions I have, and are very helpful both in-person and on the phone.

  I would rate them for most of their services and membership experience as 4 or 5 but because of the name change I give them A1I do not like this name I really wish they would change it back to Oakland County. Yes I am aware of the reason why they say they needed to change the name it doesn't matter to me. Pick something else.

  I am very disappointed with this Credit Union. We chose to have our credit union merge with this credit union. 1st they took 5 months for them to transfer. 2nd Not only that they felt like it wasn't important to tell the customers that had been banking with my postal credit union for over five years.. that they change the pay date as well. 3rd They just send you things that you have no clue what they are for because it comes out of order. 4th Ill be looking for a new credit union.
