  The veterans united portal was extremely efficient in answering questions and signing documents. Made the process less complicated, and eliminated delays. By far my fastest and most transparent home buying experience! Not to mention, everyone was super helpful!

  I highly recommend anyone considering getting a home loan to include a refinance to talk to Mike Dapkus at Veterans United right outside of Scott Air Force Base. Mike was straightforward and provided options for me and my wife's refinance. His knowledge and honesty is really what sold me on going with Veterans United and resulted in us getting a VA loan with a great rate. Further, I had an outstanding case worker at Veterans United, Jamie Hollenkamp. Jamie was a rock star and made the process painless and quick. The entire staff at this location was superb. To reiterate, I would heartily recommend anyone in the area, to include active or retired U.S. military, use their services. I can't see anyone who uses their services being disappointed.

  VU had a very personalized and local approach to our home loan. They know the area well and are familiar with laws and policies that a larger lender might miss. Their website and documentation system is very simple. We were informed every step of the way and felt like our loan officer was rooting for us the whole way!
