  Buying a house in this market is nerve racking! But it doesn’t have to be if you line yourself up with knowledgeable professionals! Randy was with us every step of the way, every rate increase or slight inflation he explained it to us in way that made sense. Then the backbone of the whole operation is Nicki, she is the one of the most helpful, charismatic, and intelligent women I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. More than once I asked her to put that “Mortgage speak for dummies” for me, as I was feeling in over my head, she always took the time to explain a things to me, and for that I will always give them my business whenever I can!   What a GREAT experience!! Dealing with Versatile Mortgage was abslutely incredible. They explained everything from beginning to end, were very accurate and persistant on getting out mortgage approved. Our rate and our payment were actually less than we anticipated.   Absolutely best part of the new building process with Versatile. I can't not even begin to write in words how amazing this business is. Being self employed and needing a new construction loan, I was turned down by many banks because they just didn't want to do the work that is needed for a self employed person. Not the case with Versatile. Awesome experience! Besides my wife and I achieving our dream of owning a home, I was educated thru the entire process and learned a lot. Can't recommend this company enough. Do yourself a favor, if you are in the market for a mortgage, stop here first.
