  Happy I stopped in because Leslie answered all of my questions and even set up my new phone very fast and completely and had me on way in under an hour... She fully explained my transaction and what my next bill will be so I wouldn't have any surprises!!

  Customer service was excellent! I was dreading going to get a new phone. Once I met with the staff they were efficient and for me out of the store in record time. A very pleasant experience! Thank you. Leslie and Josh(I think that was his name) were helpful.

  Leslie was so patient with me today and really helped me get the right phone that I needed for me for things I need to use it for and also help me pick out my case she put a screen on for me and got me the best deal that I could possibly get which I was really happy about. She also explained everything to me so there won't be any surprises lol. Excellent service! You need more like her she was such a pro at handling the devices too even my old broken phone. Thank you Leslie 😊

  I was having a hard time upgrading from one iphone to the other but LESLIE at Victra on RT 9 in South Amboy NJ saved the day. She's was awesome - patient, knowledgeable and probably had a smile under that mask. highly recommend!

  Leslie was an absolute thrill to be around and help me. She was able to multitask throughout my entire journey at Verizon. She was knowledgeable about everything and was very patient as my struggling iPhone 6s was on the break of not working as we were updating. I would come to Verizon everyday if she was working. I would recommend her to all of my friends and because of her I am going to continue with Verizon!!!

  The Verizon specialist was very professional and helpful. The process to get into the store is good. He told me to wait until he cleaned the counter before I went in. I was very pleased with the service.
