  Verity is a very welcoming environment with skilled and friendly member consultants and many products to help out their members. I’m happy to be a member. Some of the employees who have been A+ in my book are Israel Juarez., Jody Sullivan, and Charnall Morud, plus others whose names escape me at the moment. I am so much happier banking here than where we were before. I would recommend Verity to anyone.

  It’s always a pleasure going into Verity’s Ballard branch, the team is awesome. I called ahead to make an appointment and they were able to accommodate my request within the day. I appreciate the sanitizing stations throughout the lobby and next to the ATM!

  Never in my life have I loved going to the bank. The whole team at the Ballard branch of Verity, has gone above and beyond for me again and again. They are always friendly and more than willing to help me navigate starting a business, a pandemic, etc. Go team go <3

  We just joined Verity after being with a credit union from our former home in Hawaii. So far we are very impressed with Verity's options for banking and the services they offer. We were most impressed with Jody at the Ballard branch who spoke with us before we had decided on Verity. She was great with my toddler while I was asking questions. She stayed in touch with me via email and phone. When we decided to go with Verity, she started the application process on the phone with us, so we would not have a long branch visit with a young, hyper child. Incredible customer service was provided by Jody. We so appreciate her help and considerate attention and help.

  Exceptional service! Jake and team go out of their way to help me with every issue, no matter how small or unusual, and they always do so with a smile. Even after years as a member, they're always ready with a cup of coffee, an open ear, and action toward making life easier. Love this group. Highly recommend.

  Banks take better care of their customers than this credit union. So many rules like you can only defer car payment once and waive overdraft fees once. You can’t close your account if you have a car loan with them so you’re forced to pay overdraft fees if you choose to use a different credit union. COVID ruining lives and they make no exceptions. Shady business!

  We're sorry you feel unsupported--we strive to find a way to help every member. All Verity members have a Prime Share Savings account, as this is what makes you a member of the credit union. If you have a loan with us, you are welcome to pay it from any financial institution you'd like, and there are a variety of ways to pay online. If you're not depositing or withdrawing funds from your Prime Share Savings, there shouldn't be any overdraft fees.
