  I didn’t have a great start to my experience. Was basically told that I would have to wait almost 10 business days to get a refund on a double payment. (3-5 days for processing out of my account and then another 3-5 to process into theirs.) Branch Manager Cathy took it upon herself to investigate possible solutions AFTER I had given up and tried to wait. She called me the next day, got my check for me, and sent me out the door with a smile. Wish this had happened on the first day, but this was apparently a training issue. No fault on Cathy and she has assured me she will continue to move forward with the knowledge of this hiccup to help others. Thanks Cathy. You deserve 5 stars just for yourself. Thanks for going above and beyond.

  Everyone at this branch is super helpful and kind! They provide quick and efficient service! Hannah is awesome! Opening an account with her was great! She is caring and professional! Tanner is super amazing! He’s great at helping you out with whatever you need! He goes above and beyond for you! He’s super amazing! As a member, you also get free copies printed! Yay! Or if you need anything printed of they will help you! You also get free amazing coffee! It’s always hot! And awesome quick service! I opened a savings and a checking account here. Everyone is also very knowledgeable about everything! Hats off to you Papillion Veridian Branch! Keep up the good work!

  Brandon assisted my Wife & I on opening new accounts. He is very informative and helpful. To add, Veridian CU has made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. We kept telling each other, "we should of done this a long time ago!" =) I would recommend them with 10 stars if I could!

  My wife and I were referred to Cathy Alm at Veridian by my father-in-law. We are so glad he did! Cathy was great and Veridian CU is amazing.   After banking with the same bank for 40+ years, we feel it had lost that hometown, personal feeling. So we began to look around and as soon as we walked in the doors at Veridian Papillion we knew this was our new bank. The friendliness, knowledge and comfort shown us, left us with no apprehension or intimidation. We met with Kylie and was introduced to Veridian and all it has to offer. We were not rushed and she spent as much time as needed to help us get set up with new accounts, explain their great loans and savings programs. Kylie was wonderful to work with. A few weeks later a great deal was offered to refinance cars. We met with Cathy, who we later found out was the bank manager. Again, we were given the time and information needed. We felt like we had known Cathy for years and we were working with a trusted friend. After hearing our needs and Cathy's recommendations, we walked away with a life changing new financial plan that will help with our future finances and make life a little easier. We just can't say enough wonderful things about the team at Veridian. They make it so simple and easy to understand. THANK YOU VERIDIAN-PAPILLION!

  This bank is horrible! Twice now I have experienced the same issue. I have 2 vehicle loans with Veridian. A couple months ago they posted one loan to the other account. It wasn’t until I went in and paid the second loan that it was discovered. How hard can it be to do your job correctly when you have the payment stub and check? Their response was we have a new system and some errors have occurred. Today it happened again for the second time, however, I caught it right away. Why should I have to oversee that you do your correctly? I again sent the payment stub in with the check. Today’s excuse - “ Your only on one of the loans so we posted it to that account even though the payment amount was different and the payment stub didn’t match the posted account.

Another option you might consider is setting up automatic payments from your financial so that it will post to the desired loan on the due date.   I recently was approved for a home equity line of credit at the Papillion branch. Cathy Alm and her staff were AMAZING! From the first point of contact at the Maple branch of taking my documents to the final closing steps in Papillion - it was a breeze. Truly simple, fast and Done! Every employee I met was warm and welcoming and made the experience very positive. Thank you, Veridian, Cathy and all of the great people who helped me.

  Absolutely love this bank especially the papillion branch! Cathy alm, jason, kylie i know I'm missing a few, but are the best people iv ever had the pleasure of dealing with at any bank iv ever been with! I will be a lifetime member with veridian! Keep up the great work guys!
