  I have been to this bank several times. But this last time i walk into bank i was look upon as if they didn't really want to help me and you shouldn't be in here. It wasn't a friendly atmosphere and it made me felt. As I was being look down on cause of color of my skin. They shouldn't judge book by its cover. When your goals are law enforcement and currently working in field of security and PI.

  Went in to make a payment on a car loan, staff was very helpful and helped me set up the phone app for future payments. Highly recommend!!

  Put a 5 day hold on a check deposited. Does it take 5 days to call the checks bank and verify? Poor Poor customer service.

  Hi Scott. I'm sorry to hear we have disappointed you. We place holds on checks to protect you against fraud and financial loss. Holds are placed on any deposited check over $300 if the amount exceeds the available balance in your account, while any check over $5,000 will have an extended hold.   I have done business with veridian for years, but recently started visiting this location and it seems like the staff either doesn’t care or they don’t have adequate training. I have had multiple errors made with my banking, and that has left a bad taste. I will say I prefer the Johnston and Waukee locations a lot better!

  I love the fact they have a coin machine here and with an account never costs a penny to use especially for someone like myself who counts in hundreds in quarters weekly. Also, all branches always have the nicest employees hands down.

  Very poor customer service. Not willing to help in any way! Stopping my business with them and closing all accounts. DO NOT RECCOMEND! Deserves a 0 rather than a 1 star rating. Take you’re business elsewhere.
