  So far Greenstate Credit Union has been great. After opening an account with them they went above and beyond what I would expect out of a bank. I advise that you get in touch with Parker Lange. Parker made the process of switching accounts enjoyable and even helped me save money in the long run.

  Wanted to join a credit union because Wells Fargo is garbage, and I want the profit from my deposits to primarily help me. Was looking at Green State and asked the branch manager if I could roll over my IRA with them. He took one look at my returns and told me not to, since the Green State IRA isn't market based and won't have as high returns in the long run. Someone recommending that I not use a their product in a certain situation shows me that they value the wellbeing of their members over profits, unlike the place I'm leaving. Great first interaction with them, and I don't regret leaving WF.

  Amy Smith, mortgage lender at this GreenState branch, is wonderful. She made the process so easy and was great to work with. I highly recommend her and GreenState!

  My wife and I have been banking with First American Bank for a while and have been very satisfied. The staff is; very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy bank to bank with.

  Recently all the locations but 1 has gone to video ATM's. The last 2 times the lady that helped had an attitude when asked if we could conduct business with her. However cheerfully explained on how we can change banks really easy. Thanks for the advice. We will no longer conduct business here. Additionally if you have to correct anything you will need to go to your specific branch because your account is codedd with that branch number for them to do anything

  I don't bank here, but I cash my checks here & they are always friendly & very personable. If I ever did decide to open an account with a bank - it would be here.
