  I recently financed for my truck through VCCU. Elizabeth Zaragosa went above and beyond for me . I had a one hour window to get all my documents filed because I went during my lunch. I called her ahead of time and asked her to have everything ready for me so I can just go and sign . She was able to help me out, I literally got their signed my paper work and I was out of their within 20 minutes. She help me add additional coverage and gave me a heads up on what the dealer would try and sell me and got me a better rathe through her than the dealer. Thank you for saving me some money I appreciate your hard work and dedication for your job. Thank you so much!

  I recently acquired a car loan with VCCU, I can say my experience was truly amazing. I applied for the loan without stepping foot in the branch(we are in a pandemic) everything was mostly via email with Leticia Cruz as the representative. Her and all of team at the Rose branch are truly welcoming and go out of they’re way to help. Keep up the great work!

  I've been banking here for years and I've had nothing but excellent service. I recently refinanced my car and Leticia Cruz made it a very pleasant experience. She made the whole process very convenient , she was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. I highly recommend this bank and Leticia.

  I worked in a bank for 30 years. But I left because they stopped caring about people. I love this bank they are great . They care about the customers and are always nice and friendly 🙂

  No one is available to help you anymore. Your forced to try to figure out your issues on the website. If you need any assistance, you get no help. I'm going to close this account, don't need the added agitation of dealing with my bank account with bank that no longer serves its customers.

  I have always used the ATM here with no problems. Two days ago both were down for some unknown reason and it was after 5 pm. Also they bank was closed after 5 pm M-W, so I couldn't make my transaction. A notice was on one of the ATM's directing people to the VCCU a the Collection in Oxnard. Otherwise This Bank has been very good.

We were undergoing system updates that ran into a hiccup and caused both machines to go down temporarily. The updates were completed and the ATMs are back in working order.   Really great local credit union! Many of the same bells & whistles of a big bank, but with a more "home town" attitude and service. This location is close to a freeway, so they have to have one of those "man-trap" doors (which you may occasionally get stuck in) but really, it's nice coming in. Pro-tip: bring your spare change jar because there's no charge to members for using their change counting machine (unlike Coin-Star).

  Hi Daniel, Thanks so much for your membership and review! For those looking to use our coin machines, it’s 5% for members and 10% for non-members. These fees allow us to continue to offer coin machines at select offices. So unfortunately it’s not free of charge, but still a great service and less than Coin Star! Thanks again!

  Honestly the best customer service experience, Jonathan Fregoso provided for me in opening a checking account. Very helpful, generous and informative. He made the process easy and quick. And I am very appreciated of his time in helping me. Thank you again! Would recommend him to anyone!
