I'd like to highlight the exceptional help I had from Branch Manager Maria Borton in helping me in my financial journey with this bank.   I always feel welcomed by the staffs of CBC in Oxnard whenever I visit the branch. Their smile an d good vibes make a huge difference when visiting any office or establishment. Mary B. is very friendly and accommodating. She makes sure all inquiries/needs of the clients were answered and met to the best possible way that she can. Staffs were very knowledgeable of their services and they make client's visits quick but satisfied from the services given.

  Thank you to CBC and to Junior Bibin and Kathleen Jimenez for the top rate service from start to finish with my HELOC. Junior addressed all my questions and concerns on my first phone call with him and he delivered on each timeline and the rates he quoted. Thanks to Kathleen for the quick response with emails and phone calls to complete the documentation uploads and requirements. I am very pleased and have already sent a referral to Junior.

  The Service here is ridiculously good. Especially Sarai and Patty in the Mortgage Loan division. It is personal, fast, easy and they are highly available for questions and concerns. They offer competitive rates, are flexible and informative. Keep doing what you are doing and I will only ever do business with you!

  I went to just sign loan documents since I refinanced my car at CBC which was great because it was a smooth process. I went to the teller since I had issues with my banking app and Lupita helped me out. She was super sweet and went out of her way to help me reset my password and was making conversation throughout helping me. I love this place and the energy is great and the tellers are always super welcoming.

  I am extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service, amazing follow up and incredible knowledge of both Sarai and Patty. Funding my home loan with CBC was a great experience, now we have multiple car loans and a home loan with CBC, and it's great!
