  Just visited my Credit Union at 32nd & Shea to apply for an auto loan for an incoming new vehicle. I first met Keccia who was extremely kind and helpful. She had me wait momentarily to sit quietly in an office to visit with Rubi and get all of my info. The loan was approved within minutes while we chatted. What a great experience...what great customer service. I highly recommend this location.

  Antiquated/bureaucratic/inflexible/inefficient of a bank establishment!!! This CU is even worse than any of the big banks! This day in age - for such silly business practices, they ain't gonna be growing or ain't being around for too long... Don't waste your time or be even remotely considering joining when given their pathetic promotions. There are so many other and better choices - be the national big banks, local banks, on-line banks, etc!

  Opening an account was VERY easy, (thank U Natejah!!) and the tellers especially ROXANNE were extremely friendly and helpful!!!! Not to mention the ONLINE INTERFACE (website) IS AWESOME!!!!

  DO NOT believe a word any of their customer service associates say. They are notorious for assuring you that something is possible only to find out that you'll be charged to do so without notice. Over the phone support is just as bad, call 5 times and you'll get 5 completely different suggestions and or answers. If banking wasn't already enough of a scam, now there is vantage west at the table.... Learn from my mistakes and find a different bank!

  Great customer service, Edgar F from the Scottsdale branch was super helpful answered all my questions and got us in and out of there with our new rv loan. Best credit union i've been to.

  Credit union support for me was totally lacking since I was there before the branch opened despite waiting 25 minutes for the support line to answer

  Consistently the worst customer service I've ever had at any bank do not do business with these people they will treat you horribly. I have an auto loan with these people and every month it is a struggle to pay the bill every month I have to deal with the absolute incompetence and the worst customer service ever.
