  My husband and I worked with Vantage for our home purchase, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! The staff was extremely professional, transparent, and amazing to work with from beginning to end. We felt comfortable asking questions during the entire process and they always took the time to explain things patiently. They truly made it the best experience for us (especially being that it was our first home purchase together)! There’s no way we would’ve been able to do it without Vantage!   Roger was awesome to work with both as a realtor and a lender. He's down to earth, knowledgeable and super responsive. We went from searching to closing within 45 days and found an awesome home for us and our pups! The loan process was simple and Roger communicated clearly all the way through. The required signatures and data collection from us was easy via eSign. My wife and I were able to review and sign from multiple devices which made it a breeze to navigate and keep things moving throughout our busy day. He also offered great advice pertaining to loan options and downpayment variations. We couldn't have asked for a better, more effortless experience and we will absolutely be working with him again!

  Roger is a heaven sent to us first time home buyer. He is very responsive, patient, polite, generous, etc. He answers all of our concerns and questions dilligently, anytime of the day. From pre-approval to closing. He keeps us updated every now and then, and always on top of our home loan process. He made everything possible even if we thought there is no way. Not so good credit score, changing jobs. I know our case is pretty tedious but we made it. We couldn't ask for a better man for the job but him. Our family will be forever thankful of Roger.

  I used Vantage recently and I plan to use them in the future for my realty and home loan needs. Roger worked with me through the entire process from start to finish and the lines of communication were excellent! I always received a response to my questions very quickly. A majority of the process was done virtually with notifications of action items but Roger was always available via email and/or phone call/text. This made it extremely convenient and saved lots of time. Everything was professionally done and I feel the performance was excellent.

  My partner and I are first time home buyers and Roger helped make the entire experience go smoothly. We came in with a limited understanding of the process and he patiently answered our questions at every stage. He was always accessible too, which we both truly appreciated. Being able to constantly talk to him about listings allowed us to refine our home search and understand the market better. He worked with the budget we initially planned out and helped us keep our wants and needs realistic. On a personal level, he is a friendly guy and easy to talk to. His YouTube videos are very helpful too. Highly recommend!

  Roger was able to get me a refinance on my condo in a very short time. The entire process took less than six weeks, from initial discussion to signing of final paperwork. This was especially gratifying because two other potential lenders -- including my current lender -- put me through a lengthy process, with little or no communication, only to pull the plug after several months and say that my condo was not eligible for a refi due to HOA litigation. This was simply not true. Roger was able to get this done quickly and painlessly, and he was a pleasure to work with.

  Robert and Kyle have the incredible skill of moving mountains and paving the way to your dream home! Having done work with them on a recent home purchase, I've found both to be extremely responsive and professional. But that's what you would expect from anyone working in this business, right? These guys, however, are exceedingly adept and knowledgable about the real estate business that separates them from anyone else we've worked with. So much so that regardless of the stressful hurdles and unexpected curveballs that are thrown your way, they manage to just make things work. Our appraisal came back $50k lower than expected. This team negotiated and plead our case to the appraiser and managed to raise the appraisal to nearly our contract price. That's unheard of in this industry! On top of that, the low interest rate and closing costs make this team incomparable to anyone else out there. It's an incredible feeling, and I am SO grateful to have worked this team. I would gladly work with them again a million times over!

  Roger is the epitome of professionalism. He is wise, intelligent and very knowledge. It has been and absolute pleasure getting to know him. He made the entire loan process seamless and easy. Approval in just 2 days! Moreover, he provided invaluable guidance and advice. I highly recommend him to anyone that has and has not ever worked with a mortgage broker. You will not be disappointed!

  Had the pleasure of working together with Roger on a potential investment and primary combo home and he was awesome. He not only knows his mortgage stuff but he also has a good handle on how to invest and do more for your money with less. I recommend Roger to anyone looking for a mortgage or home and wants someone that will take the time to help and give his clients as much attention as they need.
