Prompt and Professional - I have worked with the Branch Manager and I highly recommend going to this branch. Answered all my questions. Great staff. Love the banks pop money product. I can fire money to my friends i own. Overall i like INB.

If I could put no stars I would! The service here is horrible they will have you wasting your time running around, missing work, just for the end result to be of no help! They don't care about your needs for banking, loans, mortgage, etc. The manager is just the same. Save yourself the struggle and find a different lender for your mortgage.

Got a loan through this bank. It was the most frustrating process you could imagine because of my loan consultant. He kept missing deadlines, increased my interest rate 3 times, and fuddled up the appraisal. Would not recommend this bank for loans.
