  This is our second time refinancing with Chris. The process was easy and quick. All documents needed were easily uploaded to their system which also made e-signing simple as well. Chris and his team communicated through the entire process and answered our questions along the way. Their quick videos to explain parts of the refinance were helpful and beneficial.   This place my home buying process a success. If you are in the market to purchase a new home you should really check them out and give them a try. I am in my new home because of all the hard work they put in making it happen. From day one starting with the application process and all in between they walk the process with you to make sure you are understand what's going on to keep up to date every step of the way. Customer service is excellent. This is one of the best mortgage company in Maryland. I have had an excellent experience. It was very life-changing.

  I highly recommend Joe Longobardi to my family and friends. He is a man of the utmost integrity and will go the extra mile to get you the best rates. He always returns calls, text or emails regardless of day or time I financed my original loan with him and refinanced with him just recently. I was very fortunate I listened to his advice and locked in my rate just in time with an awesome low rate! He is the best loan officer hands down and someone you can trust to get you the best rates.

  Joe was fabulous to work with. He managed to clear my credit which dropped our rate and his diligence and persistence got us the lowest rate; beyond what we could have ever imagined.   I've had the most amazing experience with Chris Kenworthy and VanDyk Mortgage. I needed to refinance my home and came to VanDyk with no idea of what to do. Chris knew exactly what I needed to do for my current situation. He created a plan and sat down with me to discuss all of my options. He made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into, and held my hand through each step. I always had his ear and he was completely reachable and honest with me through the process.   Joe exceeded expectations. He was always quick to respond to any questions. He was willing to meet us at home late on a weekday to walk us through some of the documents. Best of all, he was able to work with the credit agencies to eliminate a small missed medical payment affecting my wife's credit. In the end, his efforts will save us thousands of dollars, which is greatly appreciated. We couldn't have asked for more.

  Chris was Superb!!!!!!! 20 stars . Very easy going and Professional great to work with . Met all of my needs and I am a home owner in PA 17402 now. I loved the home still trying to move things in … really super great service meted all expectations. Told me If I had any questions after I move him I can feel free to contact him general stuff. The not from the sellers was great left at the home. Make us feel welcome in the area. Thanks Again Chris for taking time out to help me I really do appreciate it with the quick turnaround started on November 12th closed on the 3rd!!!!!!!!

  The VanDyk Mortgage team assigned to help me with my loan was responsive and informative every step of the way. The online portal that allowed me to quickly and efficiently upload and sign off on needed documents really made this process simple. Throughout key milestones of the process, VanDyk Mortgage would provide very brief educational videos explaining what step we were completing and what to expect next, keeping me very informed throughout the process. When it came time to finally close, they arranged a mobile notary to come to my house. I am extremely satisfied with my experience. All around, VanDyk is a classy organization.
