  Where do I start? ….Carlo is, hands down, the best lender out! Trust me, I’ve done the leg work! I met with about 5 or 6 lenders and he still provided me with the best rates, the best programs and was the only lender who gave the best advice. It wasn’t just about getting me into a house, it was about making sure I made the best decision financially and being wise about my investment. He was also patient, kind and always available. Honestly, Carlo is the lender you want on your team !!!!! I’m certainly keeping him on mine.

  Carlo was so helpful and prompt throughout the process of buying my second home. He was able to be reached day or night. Even after I thought the process was complete and we signed for our deed, he was available for further questions that I had for complications that were out of his hands. He occasionally will send emails to say happy mother's day, happy holidays, etc. He carried an all around charismatic professional demeanor and I would highly recommend him to anybody!!

  As a first time home buyer there is no one I’d would have rather worked with than Carlo and his team. My husband and I knew absolutely nothing about the lending process before speaking with Carlo- he took his time and answered every single question we had. Carlo’s responsiveness is also very impressive and very much appreciated. 10/10 recommend and would refer absolutely anyone I know to him!

  How should I start this 10 star review, Carlo & his whole team were amazing they made the whole process easy even with us being first time home buyers, the communication was amazing, I was kept up to date on everything that was going on at all times. My realtor Vantria Conway helped us with everything as from going house to house, getting our offer in right away, constantly giving us updates. So with saying all of that if I had to do the whole process over again I definitely would choose them time & time again. I’m very grateful to have gone through this process with them to purchase my first home 😎

  I highly recommend Carlo for any refinancing or new home loan means. He was not only knowledgeable, but very patient and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question, he responded in less than two hours if even that much time passed. He was also very helpful in navigating some challenges issues with my realtor and personally chosen title company, which was beyond what he was responsible for coordinating. I recommend you let Carlo provide you with names for your title company and closing agent. Not only did I get a great deal on my new home loan, I felt confident that Carlo was invested in my best interest and dedicated to helping g me navigate through the home buying process. Fabulous experience.

  I wanted to refinance my home but had no idea where to begin. When I contacted Carlo, he was very informative and knowledgeable. He was more than happy to explain the process and answer any and all questions I had. He kept me informed and talked me through every step.
