  As a Real Estate Agent, I must say that sometimes it's rather challenging to go through real estate transactions; however, its refreshing to know that I can always count on very knowledgeable professionals like Rob Zuckerman, Senior Loan Officer with Supreme Lending. Rob came through once again and saved my transaction by securing a loan for my buyer that the previous lender could not possibly get it done. Thank YOU Rob, for always finding ways to get things done properly, and closed on time.

  If you are looking for a good lender who is willing to go the extra mile then skip this place. I spoke to a lender who seemed to be all in until I mentioned I was interested in a grant. I am a first time homebuyer and right now despite COVID there are plenty of grants available at this time so why not do it. I was told to go ahead and apply which I did the same day my credit was pulled the following day but yet I have not heard back from the lender. I’ve sent multiple emails regarding the approval and have not received one response yet. I highly doubt my credit score was the issue because it is a pretty decent score and I have been approved with two other lenders but was shopping for a third. It’s seems like when a lender hears a person wants to use downpayment assistance or a grant they show no interest I assume due to the extra paperwork how about just giving the courtesy and respecting a persons time by telling them you rather not participate upfront. Luckily for me I have found a new lender and was pre approved with 2 hours. My advice when searching for a lender is to ask them if they do dpa before they pull your credit and waste your time.

  A HUGE Thank You to Wanda Alday. I had the pleasure to work with her on my parents purchase a few years ago and she was exceptional! We now used her services again for the purchase of our new home. Wanda stepped up to the plate again holding our hands along the way and comforting us (I was nervous at times) throughout the process. She the best at what she does. Her communications is always on time with quick replies and always answers the phone calls/text. The whole process was smooth, it’s was easier than financing a car.   In February 2018, my son was purchasing a beautiful home in Roswell. We were having a difficult time with his current lender. The listing agent referred us to an amazing loan officer, Mr. Eric Moody. I have been a licensed agent in GA for over 21 years, and I tell you, Eric Moody is a jewel. Eric received the contract on Feb. 1st. We closed the deal on Feb. 15th. That's right! That's only 11 business days! Incredible! The process was streamlined, creating a "win win" environment for all parties. I have already thanked the listing agent.....now, I want to thank you Supreme Lending, for sharing your amazing loan officer, Mr. Eric Moody.

  This is an organization that "Gets It". They understand that consumers have choices and in order to earn your business they need to operate at a high level. Joe Palopoli with Supreme Lending is tops in my book. I've owned my RE/MAX office since 1999. We've used some of the big banks in the past but found that Joe offers a special level of attention you can't find anywhere else. He's responsive and professional, and works hard to get the job done right.
