Patty Schwendtner5I had an emergency on the on the way up North. I was picking up a relative to attend funeral services for two family members who have passed away. I was able to get my car to the Lomira exit and there I saw Van Horn. I explained my situation and they were able to help me out on the spot. 3 hours after my arrival I was on the road again and feeling very safe in my repaired vehicle. They were awesome and very understanding of my situation. I would definitely patronize them again when in the area.

Kevin Eichmann1They have a add for a 2015 Lincoln MKT they add state's 25 thousand miles on it. I called the dealership and they said 25 thousand miles on it. Then I went there took it for a drive and came back sat down with the salesman and he gave me the paperwork of a report that states it had close to 200 thousand miles on it. They are selling it lieing to people to come in and I called myself to a place that worked on car and told me and my wife that yes it is very high miles. So this place needs to take the add down stating 25000 mile's. Be careful

Mike Stone3The sales person i delt with Bryan did a good job, seeing as how it was a Ford dealership and they were selling me a Toyota. I can understand a few gaps in knowledge about an unfamiliar product. However the person I delt with that told me what my trade would be, Erick I believe his name was, almost lost my business. Not because I felt the trade allowance was unreasonable but because his overall attitude twords the sales person and I,was what I would consider hostile. He yelled at my saleaperson in the showroom, and threw a fit when I attempted to lobby for more money for my trade. In fact, the only reason I proceeded with my purchase was because the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. I will say I never really felt pressured to buy any extras (warranty, gap, ect) and the finance guy I worked with did a great job as well. I am overall pleased with my purchase just wouldn't go back due to how I was treated by that sales manager.

Bonnie Dominski5This was the best & easiest car buying experience I ever had. Quinnten Endl explained to me in a easy to understand way, the features on each SUV I had an interest in. He was not pushy, has a wealth of car knowledge and patiently answered all of my questions. After a test drive I was sold on the 1st one Quinnten thought I would have the most interest in. Even though I decided to buy the 1st one I fell in love with, Quinnten said I should test drive a different model just to make sure. He cared enough to make sure I was making the right decision. The dealership was clean and well taken care of. Many cars to see at this location but I would suggest talking to Quinnten before you go out there. He will find out what you are looking for and have it ready for when you arrive. I definitely recommended Van Horn of Lomira and Quinnten Endl to guide you to your next car purchase.
