  I went to this vale pawn to buy an engagement ring after looking around for almost 2 hours I found the perfect ring I told the lady I will be back in half hour to an hour the most I left my credit card home she said I'm putting it in the back no one will have access to it I promise it will be on hold I come back an hour later and tells me the manager sold the rings I said how so I thought they were in the back on hold she said the manager said he's not missing out on a forsure sale for a maybe sale. How rude after getting my hopes up and spending 2 hours there. I don't recommend this place to anyone horrible customer service

  Manager "Ab" (for abnormal) has a "Protection plan" he sells for the items you purchase to be able to exchange them in case they are faulty at any Value Pawn store. However he feels excluded from that policy and will not exchange nor consider receiving back an item that was sold that is defective and in which the Extra Protection Plan warranty was purchased. Don't do business here!
