  Agent are unaware of you until they want to meet a sales goal, I'm from a sales , customer service industry, and the demeanor in this stores are appalling. The only value here is when items go on discount racks/ tickets. When entering these stores the customer will already need an understanding of the items they are looking for, because staff is mostly clueless but to make a sale.

  Great store amazing customer service came in for a loan and they gave me more than i expected they are super heroes i tell you i needed to pay a bill and they came through strong thank you value pawn! You guys are awesome i highly recommend this pawn shop for sure.

  Same experience here so I will copy my other review I would not recommend using Value pawn. I've brought several mid to high end watches to them for a loan and every time no one there has the experience nor is qualified and educated enough to do any business. The asking price was well within reasonable but the staff simply always lacks the knowledge and skills to properly evaluate higher end items. They simply say "I don't know enough about this to be comfortable to do anything for you." Don't go here if you have any real items of value as you will be simply be wasting your time.

  They give you the best value for your item weather you are pawning or selling the item. They Also have a Large Variety of item for sale!!! And they run specials all the time. The are friendly, knowledgeable and give you the most bang for your buck!!!

  I was sent here by Thomas From 11408 and let me tell you he wasn’t wrong , the moment I entered I got amazing customer service and got shown what I was looking for ! These are what people that spend money are looking for , Good customer service not those who just want your money

  I use Value Pawn all the time, the staff is friendly, the prices are great and the deals on electronics is awesome. I’ve bought so many things from Value Pawn and I’m not sure I’ll stop using them.
