  This Valu + Pawn anchors one end of a building in a strip center on East Tidwell @ Airline Drive. The shop is clean with good merchandise presentation. The jewelry boat (counter) is nice. It is located in the middle of the showroom. They hace a good selection of athletic shoes, audio equipment and power tools/equipment . Store associates are friendly and helpful.

  Very slow service bought one pair of shoes next day i use them to go out and they all fall apart cause they were super glued . Next day i try to return them they didnt want to give me my money back . They bought back for half , so i did that and took 2 more shoes and as soon as i get home I notice one of them is superglued too and drive back and try and get my money back and they didnt want to they could only buy them back for half and i was not going to lose 150$ in a day had to come back next day when the manager was there. Then he gets mad “i need to check my shoes before leaving” no ya have to check ya shoes before buying cause im a customer thats there every weekend buying gold and shoes and they know the see me there often

  This place is a total rip off they wanna offer you the least for gold pawning or for selling. Way way low and I realize maybe they laundry money because of the way they are doing business, very funny. This place has the feel of a pawnshop but the look of a shady money laundering company hiding under Valu plus pawn name. Very shady company.

  I went to pawn or sell the speakers and amp I bought him since he decide to sell his car. I felt like I was back in Mississippi where the sign said NO BLACKS ALLOWED!! No respect , no customer service except with an attitude. I gave them three stars simply because of the quality of their merchandise.

  I don’t ever feel welcome when we come in I suggest Bayou Pawn near Tidwell Irvington they have better prices on their jewelry and tv and shoes. But value pawn has good shoes expensive

  Had a brand new computer I needed to pawn. Everything was there. Cords and all. I purchased it from the school financial aid. Already paid out funds. They would not pawn it for me. Saying it had to be paid for in cash. Irrational. I went to another pawn shop ( different name) and they pawned it for me. Smfh.

  They have a great selection on shoes, jewelry, and tools. Sales person regina was very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable

  Dont waste your time at this place . manager has bad work ethics and attitude . ive been here before and they tried to give me a lower price for what i asked for the first time i came here

  The best place to find fresh pair of shoes for the right price I’m going on nearly 10 pairs of shoes from there and am satisfied with each purchase high quality for low prices even love the idea of putting shoes on layaway

  Noe is the best of the best, will always be there to help you and take care of you the way it should be . No complaint he knows how to keep everything rolling nice and smooth...but when he not there everything seems so different I prefer him there when I go pawn things.
