  Don't let this pawnshop fool you. Even though they have friendly staff members they do not inform you as to their return policy when it comes to jewelry nor are there any signs about their return policy posted on the wall and jewelry cases. They offer a little variety when it comes to silver and gold which is understandable. But, after buying a necklace and pendant for my younger brother in gold as a gift for his birthday I showed it to him and he preferred it be silver or something else. Without thinking I thought I could just go back and return my items and or exchange them. On that same day when I had purchased the necklace and pendant at this pawnshop I went back to return it I was thrown off guard considering their return policy is that they do not return the full amount but you can switch out the jewelry with something of the same price which I was fine with but due to their lack of variety in jewelry I became upset. Was my very first time there and will never go again. Anyone who is looking for a great pawnshop this place is not for you. Take your business elsewhere. Dishonest business and for a first time buyer who went into this pawn shop (being this was my first pawn shop to have made a purchase at all) they could've ran me through the policy LIKE THEY SHOULD whenever someone tries to pawn or sell something. I could've been a regular but I'd rather just go the mall than spend my time and money on this local pawn shop. Very disappointed.

  Worst experience I've EVER had when attempting to patronize a business. The lady at the counter spoke to THREE Hispanic customers but never once acknowledged my presence. My husband entered a couple of minutes after me and she ignored him as well. Another Hiapanic male entered just moments after my husband and she greeted him as he entered. They actually had the lawn equipment we were looking for but we REFUSE to give our money to this business!

  Worst experience ever at a pawn shop ever!!! They tried to charge me for two months on a one month extension and when I picked up my items out of pawn they charged me a late fee when I wasn't even late!!! They couldn't even explain to me the extra fees either!!! The employees are incredibly rude and not knowledgeable at all. I would not recommend them to anyone and I certainly won't be doing business with them in the future! And there are better prices to be found at other pawn shops if you're in the market to shop! Don't go here!

  Worst pawn shop in Houston i went There to go in there trying to get a loan.let it be noted that I am a frequent customer because it is down the street from my house. The managers are very disrespectful just like the crew members so don't bother asking for managers I took everything out of pawn shop and put it in another pawn shop just because of bad customer service. I warned you before you go to this pawn shop please think twice they will not help you they will practically try to take your valuable items give you less than half then what there worth please save your time and do not lose your things and get low-balled by the scammers.

  I really enjoy this pawn shop. The staff are awesome as well as the product inventory. You'll always see some cool items in my opinion. This is my go to pawn shop when I personally pawn an item.

  First off... I have worked in the sales field for over 10 years. I understand how important good customer service is for business and the concept of something being "as is" but after not being allowed to test the item in store and being told the only problem with the PS3 was that it "didn't read discs", being a technician i decided to take the gamble. After opening the system for repair i found that there was no motherboard inside...which means it was either not tested when taken in which is uncommon for places like this or the issue was known prior to the sale. If it were possible i wouldn't leave 1 star don't do business here.

  I would do not try to sell this store any type of wash at all do not have them direct you to their Jewelers because they're connected with their Jewelers their Jeweler is going to try to sell you a 20 or $25 battery for a watch that only needs a $6 battery from Walmart please no how to open your watch get a battery from Walmart but bring it to another pawn store to sell they will undercut you and never give you more than $30 for a watch even if it's a $200 watch. These guys are very shady very rude sometimes they even go as far as getting to write you up and if two guys with that is coming. Just say no or not interested even if the paperwork is throwing up sounds like something shady is going on there right? Note are you going to sell the watch to anybody don't come in with a tag unless you have a receipt doesn't run if it's somebody who knows how to get the back off or learn how to take the back off yourself is really really easy but make sure you don't ship it find the model number and put it in yourself and then nobody can take advantage of you especially if your female that's my advice

  Wow where should i start. Fidel was helping me throughout the whole time, from start to finish. Very professional and quick. Would definitely be coming back. They make there customers there number one priority. Dont get me started on the prices. They have good fair prices.

  Took my iPad in to pawn. Wanted to keep my Passover on to discourage any of the employees from using it (cuz who knows what they do when customers aren't around and I've witnessed mistreatment of electronics at other pawnshops before) When I was asked for my passcode the employee went in the back to talk to the manager and came back to tell me they were gonna pass on taking it cuz they weren't gonna "play games" Best advice - use Let Go

  Very bad customer service, manager fedrick being very rude, to a point that went another employee tells me the final price on a item i want to buy, he comes and changes it. Theirs no communication in that store and i will never shop their again... It was great when the ex manager was their but since he left and a new manager came everything just changed to worst.
