  Stefanie Prescher is a live saver! The lender we were using dropped our loan during escrow. Just when I thought we had lost our purchase. I called Stefanie and explained the situation. She was able pick up where the last lender left off. Was very communicative every step of the way and was able to close the sale within 10 days. You can’t go wrong with Stefanie.

  Stefanie provided exceptional service in refinancing my home. She was able to find a lender at the rate and terms that I wanted that will save me over $500 per month. We were in communication almost every day and if I ever had a question she would get back to me within an hour. She provided copies of the loan documents early enough so I had ample time to review them. The loan closed within 45 days. All this during the Corona-19 pandemic. I would use Stefanie again if I ever needed another loan and I highly recommend her.

  Darren and the team at Valor did a great job and were able to get me a loan for the purchase of my house when other lenders were not able to get the job done. They were on top of every detail and closed on time at the terms and conditions they quoted. They are a great resource! I would definitely use them again and refer them to clients!

  Are there six stars? Can I request a Google option for seven stars? I may hack in and give them 8 stars (I'm just kidding - Google, don't ban me). What to say about Valor? I've been investing in real estate for over 20 years (please don't let the lame joke above fool you), and have probably worked with a couple of dozen brokers and lenders in that time. Some were OK, most were...nol. Delays, problems, an infinite number of hoops that I had to jump through, often at the very last minute, leaving me stressed and scrambling for weeks on end. Most of the deals closed, but the process left me with a limp, a twitch in my right eye and elevated blood pressure. Not these folks - Valor has been the most professional lender I've dealt with in my career: Darrin, Brandon, Amanda and the team have been my go-tos and I couldn't have asked for a better team: the process was fast, they kept me in the loop, their communication was OUTSTANDING. I have a lot of stuff going on and do RE investing on the side, so I need people to keep me on task with deliverables, deadlines, heads up on the next steps, etc...these folks DELIVERED. i have no plans on shopping around for another broker (at least until they get sick of my incessant questions and cut me loose, lol). I know talent when I see it and I'm very glad (and EXCEEDINGLY relieved) to have found them. They are OUTSTANDING - highly recommend!
