  Fast and smooth refinancing experience ever! Eric, my loan officer, is very knowledgeable and reliable. I was able to get the lowest interest rate and some cash out as well. Will find him again when I need mortgage or refinancing.

  We’ve worked with Valley View Home Loans since 2017 when we purchased our condo. We refinanced multiple times since, and Valley View has always secured the best rate and made the whole daunting process easy and quick. Highly recommend instead of shopping around from one bank to another yourself
