  Working with Chris Alan was probably the most fastest and easiest way possible! Alan was always on top of everything!! He will even reply to any questions you have on his own time!   Chris at Pacific Bay Lending Group took amazing care of me, and his attention to detail is impeccable. I did a refi and he got me a great rate and the cash out I wanted. I would highly recommend him and the company, and would gladly do business with them again!   I've utilized many home refinance lenders over many years, but I have to say that my recent experience with Pacific Bay Lending Group, and specifically with their representative Leon Palassanian, was exceptional! The entire process was quick, very efficient, accurate, courteous, and a pleasure. Additionally their associated services of RidgeGate Escrow, as well as Michael G. Chance of 'Notarization by Chance' mobile notary service, made the entire transaction go smoothly and in a much shorter time period than my past experiences. I would recommend and refer all three professional services with confidence!

  Dealt with Alvin Chin, he was rude, short with my husband and I and cost us 10,000 in earnest money because he failed to give us the right information up front. Even after giving him everything He asked for, he STILL could not get the loan pushed through. If you have a family and care about your lively hood DONT USE THEM!!!! They don’t care for deadlines, they don’t communicate, they keep you feeling helpless throughout the entire process... if I could give them lower stars I would. They are NOT DEAL MAKERS. Worst customer service EVER!!!! Run the other way.
