  I went to a different branch location to apply for a loan. They were short staffed and unable to help me at the time. So one of their employees called this branch and they were happy to help. They signed me in over the phone so by the time I got to the branch, I didn’t have to wait very long. Maybe 10-12 minutes. The lady that helped me was very quick and friendly and made the whole experience easy. I really appreciated the help.

  My experience with valley strong credit union was pleasant I didn't wait that long even though there were many other people to help. the representative was nice, polite, attentive and fast so 😎 cool. Love it 💓

  Awesome customer service, they caught a small but very crucial detail regarding my account I didn’t even notice. But I will add this note. The debit cards here suck. They are cheap and look cheap. I miss the old cards. The stamped ones. These printed ones wear out so fast, they have lines through them, they look fake. My girlfriend banks with Chase and her card is thick and looks awesome. I feel embarrassed passing my worn out cheap Valley Stong debit card at dinner. Bring back the good stamped durable cards!

  You have to be a fool to bank here because with so many banking options available that have much more convenient locations in Bakersfield with much better rates, services, and offers. Do not waste your time with subpar banking.
