  Always find more then what u went for at affordable prices, great friendly staff. Just found out today they do layway, there is a bike I got my eye on. Cross my fingers it will still be there in payday.

  This is the best pawnshop in Albuquerque they are friendly, and have low interest, and give you a good loan on your things .and you can pay interest in there app. If you have pawn go hear to Valley Pawn.

  Brought in my guitar amp for a loan. When I came back to pick it up one knob was missing, another was broken, and it was so dusty now when i turn the knobs I get a scratchy sound, common for a dirty potentiometer. It is noisy enough to where I can't use it with my band anymore, which is the only reason I have it. You would think it doesn't take much to safely store an item for a couple months and return it undamaged. I definitely lost on this business transaction and am highly concerned since I still have items there. Unless your outright selling your item, I would NOT bring in anything for a loan. Or better yet, do yourself a favor and just stay away all together.

  I literally drive across town to go to Valley Pawn because of the customer service. They DON'T buy any stolen goods because it's checked by APD every time. I'm sure some low life's have gotten away with a few items in the past but if the items are un registerable like serial #'s than I could understand its difficult to track stolen items. Think before you shop at a pawn store period because obviously it's not a guarantee its brand new. That's why you as the customer should do your own research before going into ANY PAWN STORE. I've personally never had any issues with purchases, getting loans or pawning unneeded PERSONAL items. Some of you guys that have commented rude things are childish and should understand its a freaking pawn shop and your taking a chance by doing business with any pawn shop in town... If you dont like it go to Wal-Mart...good luck with there so called, "customer service" lol ha ha

  Walked out today with some great bargains. My salesperson was, Will. He went over and beyond assisting me with the item I purchased. He's a great employee!

  Bought several items in this store. All were good not a malfunction on stuff I purchased. Yes there are long lines sometimes but with their prices well worth a 15 minute wait. If i need something i go there first.

  Not real happy with them b4 covid i had a Samsung tab e in there n of cours i lost the ticket tried to fond it by my name but now its gone n only pawned it for 50 bux why wouldn't i have got it back but someone got it out from under me somehow tried to tell me one fell in decline but how did it fall behind when it was closed for covid19 B.S.
