      My brother has a trust since he was 15 yrs old worth quite a bit of money. He is now 46 & they refuse to give him the money or even give him a stipend from it. When he request money for everyday things they reject it & will not give him anything. He’s got a disability and has had to move in with me & I support him even though he has well over $250,000 in the bank for the past 30 years. I’m currently looking for a lawyer to see what we can do about this. Too bad I can’t leave 0 stars

      Maybe one star is somewhat high!!!!!!! When wanting to speak to a loan officer about my account it’s impossible to find one to speak with!!! When you call the main bank in Wayne NJ a fax machine comes on and sounds off, we all know that sound!!!!!!!! Their 800# puts you on hold for the next available representative, who never answers, I waited 1 1/2hrs on the phone to talk to someone and then hung up and I called later that same day and waited almost 3hrs., no answer!! I just had a couple of questions about my account. Nobody to talk to, recordings that just direct you in circles, are humans nonexistent on the phones these days???? Technology Sucks!!

      SCAM!!! They still money from people account. Their worst bank ever. People run from them they are scams. They stole from mine account 6 X $36 for some fee. And mine grandma they stole over $800 from acct. Liars
