  I don't trust this place. Too many times they have found discrepancies in cash deposits in their favor. They make up rules as they go along. What constitutes 2 forms of ID in order to cash a check. Standards are different for different people.

  I love how they educate women about financial literacy. I really enjoyed the zoom sessions with everyone and I will definitely keep Valley Bank in my heart!

  Received an auto loan from the Wayne, NJ location. Before my first payment was even submitted they shipped my loan to a subsidiary company. I received a vague letter in the mail explaining the change and it came with a handful of address labels for some place in New York. Now, I had already set up auto pay through Valley National Bank, but because of the change my online account has now disappeared on their website. It doesn't even recognize my email address, even though I have multiple emails from them. I wasted ten minutes on hold with Valley National Bank with the only option to leave a voicemail. I called the new loan services company and she had no idea if the auto pay would work because most of their customers were having issues switching to them. That would have been pertinent information to put in the letter. Her answer was for me to fill out a form with a voided check and to wait to send that in until I can see if the auto pay still works. She said if it doesn't work to real quick send in the form and to go to website to pay that day. Well since my online account has disappeared I won't be able to do that... Should have just said it at the beginning. Don't get a loan through them if possible.

  CONSUMER BEWARE: the employees are nice if you are nice but the company itself is terrible. Avoid loans with this place at all costs. I am just having issue after issue with them

  Whenever I go there they are always closed, and even if they aren’t I’m in the line for an hour

  Worst Bank you can deal with.. unfriendly and inconsiderate.. i can't believe they're still in business..
