Angie drove to meet my wife over both of their lunch breaks at Cindy's work to go over the plans to purchase our new home, as I was out of town.   Valley Mortage of Fargo made our home buying quick and easy! My husband and I have very busy work schedules and needed someone that was willing to work with our schedule. Angela went out of her way to help us through the lending process. Underwriting and closing went through without any problems and right on schedule. I would recommend Angela and her team if you are looking to buy a new home! Don and Jackie

  What began as a good experience became bad. I was made to wait about 27 days to receive escrowed funds that should have only take a few days to release. About $6k was escrowed for roof replacement. I had the roof replaced and upon requesting the funds be released I was told various Department of Veterans Affairs policies prevented the money being released until other conditions were met. I contacted my regional VA home loan office, as a veteran, to find out that Valley Mortgage had made that up and it wasn't true. When I tried to contact Brian Johnson, at Valley Mortgage, he would not return my calls or respond to my emails where I informed him the VA "policies" he referenced were not actually VA policies. If you do business with Valley Mortgage, you should expect to have your phone calls ignored. They treat you very different when you owe them money vs. when they owe you. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

  Used this company twice now. They made purchasing a home as simple and stress free as possible. Also used them for refinance. The people were patient with us as we are eager and pushy to finish things up. Brian was very patient and very informative when it came to information we needed to know and questions we had asked. We would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone we know!!! 😁

  Was the 3rd time using valley mortgage and if I ever plan on buying or selling a house I will use them again! I'm a vet and they have taken great care to make sure they have all the proper documentation for the VA and everything always goes without to much trouble. Nobody is perfect but Valley Mortgage is dang close!
