  I'm not very happy at all with the customer service today! The underwriters here really are mean and they don't treat you like a human being, just a credit score and a credit report to trample all over your soul!!!

  Terrible staffing schedule... need to handle something inside on this friday morning and only three tellers.... yea that makes for a long wait and again its friday... way to go management 👎🏽 ... Or who ever sets the schedule.... 🤌🏽hire more people.

  No one answers the phones and have on multiple occasions screwed over my husband's account. The first time he was paid for work with fake money that he tried to deposit not knowing it was fake, they dinged us for false money TWICE because supposedly he tried to deposit the exact same bills twice. When asked to see the video proof from the atm that he was there twice we were refused and made to pay nearly $400. This second time his card fell out of his wallet and someone tried to deposit a large check in the account, fraud department called, told them ok its been stolen and to block it, said they did account is on hold, and they still let the thief withdraw $1,000 that they expect us to pay!? When we told them it wasn't us and to put a hold on the account?! We tried to call them multiple times and never got through and now the account is in collections. Going to an in person appointment was useless. Now we have to call collections to re explain their screw up again, and than call the bank manager even though she eas there during the appointment? This bank is a nightmare. My own account has been a nightmare and I've never been able to get through to anyone for my account either but I have to self isolate due to covid so I can't even go in myself for my account.

  It was a hassle to take my money out the bank with the Indian male associate!!! Asking me what I need it for and etc, just run me my coins !!!!

  We ask questions about withdrawals to identify any red flags that may indicate that the person is the victim of a scam. By asking questions, we have prevented many members from falling victim to scams and losing money in the process.

  this place opens at 9 a.m Monday through Thursday until 5 pm and Friday 10 a.m Through 6 pm you do have to wait and lines do form and the line does move slow and if you need to talk with someone personally I advise you to go down to the location .make sure you ✔️ your statement.

  Connie was super friendly to me today. She has a genuine care and friendly attitude. She apologized for the wait, eventhough it was not too long today. Customer service was on point, thank you Connie.

  This institution is a nightmare. No Zelle. Hardly any online services. Today we went into to get proof of 12 months payment on our mortgage (all on time) and they could not even get us that. Whats more, the manager said she could see that we paid, but could not print the screen or give us any proof that we paid. STAY AWAY at all costs.

  Had applied for a car loan back in January online and was approved. Now Valentine’s Day I want to get my car and they say I have to drive to Fresno to open a membership to get it final approval. It’s Friday 3 pm now so i have two hours to drive from Modesto to Fresno to open an account in the last three days of the loan to tell me this and they are closed Saturday and Monday. Thanks for the information ahead of time. 🙄🙄 BTW ROBERTS auto sales in Modesto will not accept this credit union’s business due to their business practices. Now I know why... shady, uninformative and disappointing credit union. I’ll stick with Modesto’s First CU for all needs.

  Slow. Long wait. You have money to give and they made me wait for over an hour to sign papers. They claimed the loan officers were busy but I saw two of them leave to go to lunch instead of helping me, the only person in the waiting room.

  Credit rating 801, 86K in the bank. Asked for 28K to install solar system and they couldn't give it to us instead offered 20k. This was absurd. They won't give money when you haven't got it, when you do they won't give what you ask for. I won't try them ever again for anything. Golden One here I come. Pretty Sad since my entire family has been with them off and on for over fifty years.
