Leaving valley first after their move to the new location......such a bad idea. When I want to get banking help I don't want to do it on a stupid video call ATM while I'm standing right next to two other people.

Finally found the new location, it only took 2 tries! The new branch located in Monte Vista Crossings is right between Ross and B&BW. The new space is quite an upgrade and the ATMs are fancy futuristic!!! I didn't have to wait too long in line on my visit and there is way more parking options available.

I have been at this bank since I was 13 starting with the kids account. 22 years later and I will be leaving to find a real bank that has humans to talk to and an ATM that isn't constantly out of service. This bank basically holds your money hostage and makes it extremely difficult and inconvenient to do any business with. I shouldn't have to drive to a different town to do business. The thing that is making me switch banks is not having an ATM that works consistently. Horrible bank that used to be great.

I opened and account there because it was right next door to my business, and I hated the long lines and slow service. But now it's beyond inconvenient time consuming, you have to do a video call in front of an ATM machine to take care of business, by far the worst banking experience... The teller was awesome but the way you have to handle transactions is just insane

The ATM gave me a few mangled 20’s and then the lady in charge told me there was nothing they could do about it because their teller (person via ATM) couldn’t take it back 🤬. Sure it can spit them out but not take them back! They no longer carry cash so if I wanted to resolve my issue I had to go to Ceres. What kind of a bank doesn’t carry cash?!?!? Dumbest “upgrade” ever! Needless to say, we switched banks.

Have banked with this bank for over 30 years, they have had many name changes and moved locations over the years. But this new location and serve is horrible! Trying to access the bank and find a parking spot takes quite a lot of patience, and then standing in a long line outside the branch, just to speak to an ATM machine (person via video) is very impersonal. Time to find a different bank to do my banking with.

It's okay, outdated place, but we have to remember that they are not for profit like banks. In personal experience the staff is friendly and efficient.

I went in to do a wire transfer and a deposit. The teller tried to get management approval for a check to Be deposited. This rude teller Tanya G said that even though they had made exceptions in the past that was a one time deal and they were not making an exception and they were writing it in my a
