  Very nice personnel from bankers to tellers side. Great mobile payment reader that came with my business account too! Today I had a third party isuue and the bankers and branch manager went the extra mile to help me prove the proper dispute for my case to be escalated to the Resolution center as should have been from the start with the third party. Thanks for the patience with us, understanding and helping me out with that dreadful call to them, much appreciated!

  I have been with this bank for 20 years there online service is bad I called my local branch for help she said I'm with a customer right now and hung up on me great job bank of the west I will be closing my account

  The line is always super long the tellers are extra slow and I always have fees popping up in my banking account checking and savings constantly, its free, besides the random fees they charge you

  The tellers are very friendly and work as quickly as they can. When needing to open or adjust my account, they helped me and were very good at explaining what was wrong in the first place. Great bank!

  Lines going outside in the hot sun. No merchant window open. They closed their drive through last year and never reopened it. Customers are yelling at each other. It's awful.

  I have held a checking & Savings account with them since 1996. Never had any problems, the clerks are always polite and greet you with a smile. BotW is extremely strick on the security of the accounts prepare for extra security questions if you are required to contact the main office by phone. This security comes at a extra cost hence the higher fees.

  No Branch Manager all employees don't have any authorization... all approvals must only be done by regional manager that covers the area only visits branch every few weeks.. This Bank is better off closing its doors.....

  I try to avoid this bank of the west at any cost, I’ve driven to Modesto just to avoid having to deal with this staff at the Turlock branch, they never do what I ask.

  Good costumer service. They need another ATM in Turlock it's a huge inconvenience having to drive to Ceres if the ATM goes down.
