  Yes, this bank closes on holidays, (like all banks) and yes, the lobby was by appointment only during covid but you could always use the drive through. The branch is now fully open. As for customer service, as others have complained, they are very straight forward and honest with you. So relax, calm down and maybe being irate isn't they best way to treat others.

  Glad to know that due to covid they won't help their customers that are momentarily struggling even tho we never failed to make our payments on time. So disappointed in their treatment of a hard working citizen!!!

  Horrible customer service. 1. They're never open because they take so many holidays off. 2. The lobby is closed by 4pm knowing damn well people are out of work by 5pm. 3. The lines are always busy. If you're calling for something, forget it, get used to the song that's played while you're on hold. The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because a nice lady named Sonia has helped many times and when I do get a hold of someone they are kind and competent. But good luck getting that far.

  Have been banking there for at least 30 years ,they are the Best from the tellers to the Banking personal . Would highly recommend them .

  Horrible customer service ! Rude from the tellers to the personal bankers! They really need to change their slogan from “helping people” trust me even for a customer of 10 years with my car loan and personal loan they still treat me like nothing! Go with a REAL bank someone who will really help you not this shady credit union! Beware

  Deal with different banks, this one is my favorite. Always helpful always courteous,. Drive thru is fast enough

  How long do you have to wait for Customer Services to answer the phone? 4:55 min and STILL on Hold .. I gave up !!😡

  Horrible bank I've ever banked with customer service sucks ,bank is never open ,can't even get a temp card took a month to receive my debit card then another week to receive pin for the card n that's cause I don't even get to choose my pin SMDH still have account open won't allow me to close without having direct deposit with them n they still charge me to close it smh wow vfcu I would never send anybody yals way n plus free atm my ass they still charge u to use it smfh

  That’s it, I’ve had it. I’m switching banks. This bank is never open, they close so early, and their app always has so many issues it’s ridiculous!
