  We love working with Sherry Berry. She is able to process our loan requests very quickly and has always had the answers to our questions. The staff in general at the Rapids office is warm and friendly. What a great environment. Thank you Sherry for all you do! :)

  Sherry was very pleasant and professional in handling our loan. She took our information over the phone and called back a few hours later to let us know it was approved. She explained all our options and answered any questions that we may have had. The next day we stopped in and signed papers and the funds were transferred into our account before we left. We definitely can give Sherry 5 stars when it comes to service.

  Sherry was absolutely amazing with every aspect of my home purchase. Being a first time home buyer I had many questions and concerns. She ALWAYS answered and/or called me back right away with the answers to my all my concerns. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way. This was a great start to a friendship with her and Valley Communities Credit union as a whole. I can't thank you enough Sherry!!

  This was the second loan I have received from VCCU. The first was when my own credit union wouldn't even give me one. These people work with you and really want to see you succeed. June was the loan officer that helped me with my car loan. It so easy, she went over the different insurances and add-ons that the dealers pressure you to take. She took the time to figure out if they would be a good deal for ME personally!! I truly appreciated and trusted her to help me through the process! PLUS I got an AMAZING vehicle in the end!! THANK YOU JUNE!!

  We've been members for a long time most of those years we have dealt with Bill. Today we used Sherry for our banking issues. We have also in the past ask her many questions and she has always efficiently helped us and today was the same. We appreciate her quick responses and fast organization.

  I have never had better service anywhere else. I have been banking there since BMO took over M&I and will never go anywhere else. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I recently worked with Sherry for a loan and couldn't have been happier about the options and explanations for everything she provided. I had it all done and in my account within hours. Truly amazing!

  I have been with this credit union since 2007 and they have been great for all aspects of a credit union will never go to another place to do my banking, also if you need a loan ask for Sherry you will not be disappointed she is great at her job and very knowledgeable thank you valley communities credit union for your great service and reliability!

  If looking for a auto loan go with Valley Communities Credit Union ask for June she's a Rockstar. I have had many loans with Valley and other banks and this was by far the easiest most fun experience I have had. June was very patient with my crazy way of taking a loan out. She's very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Do yourself a favor and call Valley Communities Credit Union and ask for June.
